All gold bar purchases are final and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

• Item received is defective
• Item received is incorrect (wrong product)
• Item is damaged during delivery

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item

  • With seal / casing not opened or tampered

• The request is made after 24 hours
